Complete disappointment. I downloaded the app and registered: twice I received a verification code on my phone number, which I entered correctly. I also added my card. After that, I closed the app, and when I opened it again, it asked for my phone number once more. This time, however, the code never arrived, even though it worked twice before. As a result, I can’t log in — it just says: “We can’t verify that it’s you.” The system makes no sense: I had already confirmed my number, the codes had been received before, so why ask again? In the end, I couldn’t use the app at all.

since the update on 5th august, i'm having troubles logging in and it's a serious problem for me! i can log in only in safari, app is not sending text codes and wants to change password and all kinds of bs 😤

Very bad service, they are always giving me account limitations. I have made peace with pay pal and started using other applications such as remity, wise and binance. I run a store and i cant recive payements since my accounts often have friends and family method closes due to potential scam, no idea why pay pal is doing that. Good for few transactions only but for a long-term application I strongly suggest to find someting else. Also the currency exchange fees are just terrrible

The app icon doesn’t change to the dark appearance with the dark mode icons in iOS18, all other apps icons are being changed to dark only PayPal app icon is still in blue

It’s really disappointing that, despite supporting Serbia, the app isn’t available for download in the Serbian region. We’re forced to change our region to another country just to access it.

I already made 4 accounts because I cant login when changing the apps to take the SMS code. When coming back to Paypal it prompting to repeat the entire process of login. It doesn’t pop up with the sms code (from messages) wtf

Ither than the ease of use PayPal is not worth using anymore. Trying to login it keeps giving me "problem logging you in" even after using the right password and confirmation code. No wonder I use revolut. 300€ now gone, thank you :)
