I bought a single service but was soon charged for the subscription. I reported to PayPal immediately and gave all the documents, yet PayPal supported the fraud company, and made no refund even if the proofs are clear.

I can't log into my account. To get help logging in, I need to write to them, and to be able to write to them, I need to log into my account. How does this even work? They can't even help me restore access to my account, although I have both an email and a second number linked to it.

The most awful, unpleasant and painful experience of money transfer in my life. A single incoming transaction was pending for more than a week for no obvious reason. The support was unreachable and/or unhelpful. I would use any other method of transfer (including crypto), but not this nightmare ever again

Worst app I have used for business, they asked for documents which I uploaded, everything is legal and perfect, they made my account restricted permanently, I can’t take money, they refunding clients who got their products from me and charged me 14€ fee for that for no reason, support doesn’t know how to help. Asking for me to upload some documents, but they app doesn’t work properly and I can’t send them anything…

Please be careful when adding your card information with Scemar Company. Make sure to select the correct currency, as they do charge fees!

I change my phone number and paypal doesn’t have any other option to login, you change your phone number you lose your PayPal account, so this stupid from company like paypal

I can’t login because We’re having trouble making sure it’s you and it’s impossible to contact costumer support without logging in.

I have soooooo long an account whit them, but this start make me so mad and angry, HOW TO CONTACT FOR HELP IF YOU CANT LOGIN , all the time same issue, i can log in before whitout problems,now i dont know what they did. I dont get any message or something,now cant log in or contact for support , becouse every way is so dificult... Tryed web on pc,mobile app, browsers and no possible do something,looks like im blocked whitout any info. error just something is wrong. I didint make anything wrong from my side, and i cant do anything whitout the hellp. Giving 1 start just becouse it is not possible contact them as a quest, and aslo this issue anoying alot.

Worst app on the planet for money matters. If anything happens to your phone number, you’ll be locked out forever, customer service will be useless and that’s regardless of you still having access to your registered email and verifying your ID. For whatever reasons Paypal just clings to your ancient phone number that you no longer use!!!
