I tried creating a new account but I can’t link my bank to it it’s so frustrating and the most frustrating part is that anytime I leave the app,if I want to enter again, they always request for a code

I hate this app. I downloaded it, followed instructions and even uploaded documents as proof of identity, only to instantly get an email from them saying my account had been permanently limited. They provided no specific reasons why, and my attempts to contact them directly was unsuccessful. It’s so frustrating because I opened it because I thought it would be good for online transactions, now I’m regretting why I even clicked on the app, it just ruined my day.

i opened paysera it got to the ending part a problem occurred now again paypal what is the problem now It will tell me either we encountered a problem at the end or we have a problem connecting you right now hmm how pls is that no enough data or what i even went back and started afresh still same thing am tired sorry can’t rate what i haven’t use

My account got permanently restricted after they asked for my ID, ive not made any transactions on the app before and im not underage so i don’t know how i violated your rules, i just created it and ive seen other people complain of same thing, i asked if i can know what i violated but i was told it’s against the policy to tell me how!!, i feel unsafe about my information remaining in the app cause im getting suspicious i asked to delete my data but they said they can delete my data or my account ,withholding people personal data is not good and they should be told their crime.
