I have a small business in tourism and decided to use PayPal to receive money to reserve trips from my international guests as bank transfer can take 2 weeks. I guess anything over a few hundred dollars is considered a high amount and gets flagged. I have money on hold where the guests have already come and gone and I still don’t have payment because I used PayPal. This causes a huge inconvenience as being a small business it’s difficult to have delays in receiving money. I’ll not be using PayPal going forward and will look for other options.

Not recommended app as their customer service are useless

The app completely freezes when you launch it on the iphone 15 pro max. When you start typing the password it just completely freezes.

I didn’t receive SMS verification code when I tried to sign up into the account to open an account

Each time I receive an amount, it takes a long time to be released. Also, I am not happy with the idea of taking fees for receiving money and for transferring it to the bank.

I have a keen interest in using PayPal account but I am sorry that after multiple try I failed to open and operate account and I didn’t get any help from anybody!
