Increased my limits then suddenly gets Permanently Limited?
I used paypal for almost 7 years, when I was in the US and even when I came back home to the Philippines, even if they have higher fees compared to other platforms. It’s surprising how they increased my limits then suddenly limit me from ever using the app again with no clear or valid reason why. Customer support cannot say or provide any reason as to why my account is now limited. Plus all my funds remaining in the app can only be withdrawn after 180 days. This is sad.
High fees soso app service
They charge 5% per incoming transaction. That’s just immoral. Credit cards don’t even charge that per transaction. And the mobile app doesn’t even allow you to convert currencies. That high service charge doesn’t justify the service.

paypal is not good for our money!!! They limited the account without any hesitation about the money inside the app this is not forgiving!!!!!!!!

Ive been using PayPal for several years now,i never encountered any problems with PayPal, i am using it for sending and transfering money,like PayPal to Gcash,so far so good.

Why your customer service cant call? I cant login in my paypal account the password and emails are correct. But always says “were having a trouble making sure its you” I need to widraw my money , I am stock o paypal 3days
