It's almost 4 days my transactions still on pending and customer support also didn't help me . Always says within 6 hours . Don't use this rubbish app
token system and slow process
The worst thing is firstly you have to buy token in the app . That mean firstly you have to add money in you app account then you can transfer money to other party. One more thing i don't like the transfer process take long time then another applications . overall i have bad experience by this app

Rubbish Application
I would recommend u if you need to send money urgently please kindly use other sources but not this app. And also there is no option to withdraw your money back, you have to or can only send to India but can’t withdraw your money. You might get your money stuck in between. I tried to contact the customer service, my phone was hanged up 3 times, got no reply through what’s app. Strongly recommended not to use this app. Rates are good btw but not service.
