fix how it works on playstation, it keeps bugging out and won’t let me use the codes unless i log in, i’ve forgotten my password and tried to change it but that keeps bugging out aswell, spent 30 quid there and it’s pretty much gone to waste until this gets fixed

The app works although it's seems very limited in functionality and features but what's there works. Except the barcode payments which no one at the shops seems to know how to do. Train your network, otherwise what's the point. The transactions are really expensive in my opinion. But then again you have the convenience and anonymity bypassing traditional banks and it's easy to set up.

Outdated app, like it was made years ago, and the fact I’ve unsubscribed from their emails yet still get them is so annoying, you’re a finance app yet the push notifications and emails you get are more frequent than games it’s ridiculous, you don’t see normal banking apps sending you multiple notifications a day begging you to get premium or add more money. It works fine sometimes but others you literally can’t press parts of the screen at least on the iPhone 13 pro, it’s like it wasn’t optimised.

It's very bad from beginning to end, high fees to say the least, I transfered 100 euros to my bank account and fee was 7.50 euro, that's my first and last, I'll delete it straight away. Very bad customer service, I bought a paysafe card from a centra and tried to get back the 16 digit from them, no help at all.

Good app

App is constantly frozen when you go into the "use" section. Also you "cannot" use paysafe on Amazon (I have an email from Amazon to prove this. Can't use on Xbox, can't use on Netflix , Very limited use. Stuck with a 50euro card I can't use unless I want to "date or gamble"

Better than the rest

Given false store (on find option) who dealing the resell of this voucher! Went into three store and they didn't now what I was talking about - made me look like a fool!!!

erstaunlich das ich mich auf der Website anmelden kann, die gleichen zugangsdaten aber von der App abgelehnt werden!?!??!

Ich habe mir 25€ paysafe gekauft und die Karte ging nicht und Support von paysafe meinte ich soll eine Rückerstattung machen und dann tat ich es. Die meinten es kann dauern bis zu einer Woche, schon Wochen sind vergangen und trotzdem nichts bekommen. Nie wieder werde ich paysafe verwenden NIE WIEDER!
