The app is nice & easy to use, but the fees are very high. It says that the fees are fixed (1.5€), but in fact the commission is just included in the spread of conversion rate. That’s why there is a commission if you make a transfer in the same currency. 

The in-app rate is 1 EUR = 439 KZT (March 17th 6pm UTC). At the same time, the real conversion rate (according to Google and Visa exchange rate) is 479 KZT, which makes almost 10% fee hidden in the spread. That’s too much, it’s cheaper to make a P2P payment in EUR and let Visa do conversion & take its fee.

I first join paysend in 2019 I needed to verify my card details and prove of identification before sending money, I thought the process was too long but it’s a good way to minimize fraudulent activities, but in the end i got verified and It’s a good way to send money straight into a bank account or card. I hold my one star just Incase of any unforeseen incidence but I will come back to update my review. Thanks pay send for doing a good thing. By the way the customer service is awesome too.
