I am writing to express my frustration regarding ongoing charges for a soundbox rental fee, despite the fact that I am not using any soundbox. But i have been charged since last 3 months. I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting Paytm support more than 30 times but still unable to connect (Snapshot attached for your reference). Additionally, I have raised a ticket many times requesting the closure of my account, but no resolution has been provided so far.

I ordered the paymt card machine and the agent of paytm he is just very annoying before giving the machine the agent was so good so nice talks he said you call me whenever we are ready to help you and he also said that you can return the card machine and get full refund which after taking the machine i faced some issues he never picked any of my calls no replies and when paytm service guy took my machine i got the refund message but no refund in my account. Worst service from paytm and worst experience changing my upi system now itself

Paytm for Bussiness mein Bussiness name hi nhi change ho raha hai 5 mahine pahle document upload kiya tha or abhi tak 48 ghante pure nhi huye , Paytm se request h ya to meri problem solve karein nhi to m koi or app use karna start kar doonga or dabaw Paytm band karne ki kahoonga mutual fund m paise invest h unhe nikal kar kahi or invest kar loonga Paytm meri problem ka solution nikale or loan , sip, cashback , service thik karein
