Parking payments barely work, paying to contacts are sketchy at best; and the only people having a good experience are the developers who were paid money by Nedbank to release this garbage.

There are no options on the screen.. I have paid and loaded my card and it keeps bringing me back to that screen to load my card again? Not very user friendly because what now?

Very disappointed, had so much success with the first app, but the second struggle from day one. Didn’t load all contacts, although allowing all contacts were selected.
Finally had to delete the app, now struggles to get it back, says email address already exists, and I agree, feedback from the support team is poor, received one mail, and thereafter nothing.

You have to go through at least 3 times more clicks to make a purchase. It does not save the meter number for electricity purchases.  If it does biometrics, why not just save the 3 digit cvv number aswell.  I really preferred the old app

The update is not user friendly at all.  It rejects your phone number and expects that you provide another number. What other number would you provide when you are using your personal phone? Nonsensical! The Customer Service is non existent. Nobody answers the numbers provided. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Just useless!
