I was trying to login this app but for confirmation sending message from my sim to security purpose for login this app and got failed again and again and showing as you can reverify after 12hours  but i am shocked because i sent message from my registered number so how it would be failed and i had to make a payment which was not done, really so disappointing experience as i want to raise a ticket but it also seems oops try after sometime

Whenever i open app my app logs me out and then it doesnt log me in it despite entering everything correctly 
Always shows theres an error on payzapp’s end and i end up exhausting my number of login attempts and have to stay stuck out of the app for 24 hours

Whenever trying to do any payment using payzapp to contacts or to a number or upi id I am not able to add remark there. Earlier their was remark section but now it has been removed don’t know why this stupid thing happened to payzapp.

Not loving the experience with transaction other apps like gpay and phonepe give such remark section. 
Might stop using payzapp.

I've been using PayZapp for a while now, and I must say, their services are top-notch! The app is user-friendly, transactions are seamless, and customer support is responsive.

However, I have one humble request: could you please integrate HDFC Fastag management into the app? It would be incredibly convenient to have all my payment and wallet services, including Fastag, in one place.

Most of the transactions are getting stuck at pending state and have to raise ticket wait for 3-5 days to get the money back. I got stuck at hospital for paying bills through this app. The fun fact is other UPI apps can handle the transaction to the same account and from the same source account. Don’t trust it for UPI and CC payments. Two times CC payment failed in a day and it too HDFC CC itself.

Latest updates to this app require iOS 17.0 or later, which is not available on older iPhones as per Apple’s application policy. The app developers should be aware that this version of iOS is available on only recent models, which means it doesn’t cater to many existing users with perfectly good and secure older phones.

Why we cant use UPI without setting new pin ? Why we cant use old pin ? If its mandatory to reset pin then why i cant reset on bhim upi app and use new pin in this app? Why it is forcing us to change upi pin from this app itself? It looks like they keep the information.
Also why we cant pay partial bills we have already paid some part from cred app.
