I was trying to login this app but for confirmation sending message from my sim to security purpose for login this app and got failed again and again and showing as you can reverify after 12hours but i am shocked because i sent message from my registered number so how it would be failed and i had to make a payment which was not done, really so disappointing experience as i want to raise a ticket but it also seems oops try after sometime
first of all i dont want to install this app but since i have started using hdfc credit card i jave to install this aap to make bill payment of card. Major issue is after installing this app it doesnt allow to make payment from upi id but asking for debit card…very pathetic…
After last update, not any kind of payment done almost rejects all payments
Whenever i open app my app logs me out and then it doesnt log me in it despite entering everything correctly Always shows theres an error on payzapp’s end and i end up exhausting my number of login attempts and have to stay stuck out of the app for 24 hours
Can keep on pointing out issues the list is so huge that hdfc wi take a decade to fix it and by the other UPI apps would have invovated and moved miles ahead
There are no search results for any location when you the to book buses via payzap application. This is pathetic as user cannot use the benefit if getting reward points. Seems to be just a scam.
Whenever trying to do any payment using payzapp to contacts or to a number or upi id I am not able to add remark there. Earlier their was remark section but now it has been removed don’t know why this stupid thing happened to payzapp. Not loving the experience with transaction other apps like gpay and phonepe give such remark section. Might stop using payzapp.
I've been using PayZapp for a while now, and I must say, their services are top-notch! The app is user-friendly, transactions are seamless, and customer support is responsive. However, I have one humble request: could you please integrate HDFC Fastag management into the app? It would be incredibly convenient to have all my payment and wallet services, including Fastag, in one place. Keep up the fantastic work, PayZapp! Looking forward to this feature update
Most of the transactions are getting stuck at pending state and have to raise ticket wait for 3-5 days to get the money back. I got stuck at hospital for paying bills through this app. The fun fact is other UPI apps can handle the transaction to the same account and from the same source account. Don’t trust it for UPI and CC payments. Two times CC payment failed in a day and it too HDFC CC itself.
There was smart buy option (in detail) in Payzapp but recent update there is no smart buy. I have to open smart buy in browser, then log in etc etc. why ??? Very very disappointed for this. Please take action for this
