2024-11-14: App has always had problem of not allowing items to be added to lists.
Each update creates new problems without fixing old ones. 
So many users are also complaining. 
Now to get my order I have to use a combination of my phone app, my iPad app and the website. Each method has its own stumbling blocks. So frustrating!
2025-01-12: Not fixed yet! Still can’t search using the App.

I cannot get my local RCSS to load so I can order groceries. I contacted customer service and they’ve been zero use. I’ve tried everything and no success. So frustrating because I used to use pickup services at least 2x a month.

I like the ease of use. It is easy to find and add items, especially from the flyer.  The problem is that you can save lists but the app doesn’t allow me to add them to my cart; it would be so time saving if this issues was resolved. However, trying to solve the problem is a huge headache.  Still have not been able to solve it. It is still better than going in store but takes me way more time to order groceries than it should.

The app never has the proper inventory for my local store. The website does. Not sure where the app is getting its info from. Also having to log in all the time is super annoying and I just don’t bother anymore.

As soon as I got the app noticed it continually loads. Infinitely loads even the cart. You can’t do anything. Updates keep saying it’s fixed or something but it lies. A broken app that doesn’t get fixed.

Terrible, terrible app, full of glitches. 

This app trolls me every time I use it. I enter the correct delivery address (I have screen recorded as proof), and it glitches and delivers somewhere else or returns to the store. Tracking feature often does not work. It also gives very inaccurate delivery times (once the delivery came more than three hours after the Rapid Delivery order was placed, instead of the 30-40 min it promised). Not fun staying up till 1 am to retrieve an order. 

Love the Rapid Delivery *concept* but in reality, it’s the most poorly executed app I can imagine. Uber Grocery is 100x more reliable.

They entice you to join and pretend it's convenient then they will always be sold out online of normal goods like produce and you’ll be lucky to get 50% of the items you orders because the people who process the orders don't even care.
