Most inconvenient. There is no way I’d use my cellphone, tried it once and the font was so small with no option to increase it that I logged out within minutes…. MOST inconvenient. I had to confirm/update my personal information or my card was going to be locked effective July 17th but I couldn’t update it because “Oops” “Something went wrong at our end. Please try again later.” After numerous attempts receiving the same message on June 26th I emailed them my complain/concern complete with a screenshot of the “Oops” message. On July 10th, they finally phoned me but I was busy so had to call them back. I returned their call a few hours later, unfortunately our call was cut off right when we began updating my personal information so “Oops” “Something went wrong at our end. Please try again later.” I don’t think so…. MOST INCONVENIENT. So PC Financial, lock my card for all I care, I am done with you. UPDATE: ON July 30th I tried accessing my PC Financial account statement on the internet only to that not only was my card locked but I couldn’t even access my account! MOST #%&*ing INCONVENIENT. Fortunately for them and my stress level, which had sky-rocketed, I spoke with a very nice gentleman who apologized profusely, updated the information they required and unlocked my card.
