Description literally says 3 days free trials then 17,99$ per month. They charged my 17,99$ right away!!!! Im reporting this and I need full refund. False information and fraud.

When I initially opened this app, the first information I got was there was a free trial available. But I have been bamboozled. I immediately cancelled it when I realized my PayPal was deducted from. The pdf I even intended for it to edit would not even work. I asked for a refund immediately cause initially I was under the impression it was a free trial and it doesn’t work for what it was intended. But the refund was rejected to my dismay. This is frustrating and if I could give this app a Zero star and still comment on this app I would. And don’t write me any of your suggestions, I just want my money back please!

I needed to edit a pdf for a rent application. I tried this one, found the free version not what I needed; subscribed for the monthly fee, because I didn’t want the yearly fee on my credit card when I only needed it for one thing. Found the premium version not much better. I used a different app to finalize my application. Found a place — forgot because moving sucks. Then started getting charged the monthly fee. It’s been four months and I have not been able to unsubscribe or get a refund. You cannot unsubscribe from the app on the app, but you can change your subscription tier -isn’t that weird? Do not use this app.

Title. I had a png that was just high quality text, it was a screenshot of a document, and I couldnt edit it. But the converter works fine I guess, although you can just google free websites for that.
