I am not able to cancel the subscription and my card was charged automatically without approval from my side and I hardly use the apps after 3 days free trial . Please refund the money bạck as I already emailed to your side.thanks

for first its 3days free trial and then i was charged RM52.90 . I was accidentally buy this app, i didn't mean it. i thought thats free and then it will cancel automatically, and i cannot install and update another apps before i pay it the monthly subscription. I pay for it and i thought it will cancel but pop up notifications had to pay it again??!! i don't want to .. i installed this app again and i found request to refund with apple and i got the refund my money back .. but its still want me to buy it??? always popup notifications?? but the settings subscribe had shown thats subscription was cancelled, why i had to pay? it just cancelled already!! please be take care of this! i dont want use my money for this nonsense!!!

After I update the app, all my documents are in vertical mode and cannot rotate to landscape mode, it’s very inconvenient 😭

I purchased this app yesterday and I was given 3 days free trial. I tried to cancel the free trial subscription today but unsuccessful. Please don’t even bother to try out the free trial.

I was charged rm219 for this app & cant even edit pdf files. I converted pdf file to words & cant edit anything. Should have download the adobe reader app. Worst app ever. This app is useless. I repeat, useless app.
