## Pearson Authenticator Description
Pearson Authenticator works in conjunction with the Pearson Identity Platform to deliver easy, yet secure access to apps and services.
Users can register their phones, using QR codes, to receive notifications or generate One-Time Passwords which can be used to securely log in.

Features include:

- Support for TouchID and FaceID to authorize access

Will someone please explain how I’m supposed to scan a QR code that is displayed on my iPad by using the camera on my iPad?
I got into Gateway once using a phone/tablet combo.  Now I’m locked out again.  Pearson, don’t send me reminders about accepting contracts when I can’t access the system.  If you have no examiners this summer you will know why.

Why do you think a separate authentication app would be a good idea? Please also allow authentication via Google, Microsoft or other 3rd party apps, most of us use this so infrequently that it is uninstalled by our next visit!

It is also noteworthy that the developer refuses to acknowledge anything other than 5 star comments. Listen to your users and DEVELOP your product, it’s in your job title!

Please, PLEASE allow the functionality to use other Authenticator apps. So many of us already use Microsoft Authenticator and multiple other platforms and websites integrate into that. I shouldn’t need a separate app to get into Exam Wizard.

Firstly, this is a nice little simple app. I understand the reasoning behind it. However, this is just another app I shouldn’t need. Why not use google or Microsoft authentication which are already on my device? My phone number, my email, anything but another app on my phone (which is my personal phone, not schools).
