Why bother with ‘free download’ if you can’t even get a decent trial without paying a subscription. Such deceptive practices put me off a company altogether. It’s lucky to get 2 stars from me for that reason. Only because it’s decent quality for the few paragraphs you get to hear without voice and accent options- Which is mostly what I’m checking for when trying a tts.
