I downloaded this app to rent a scooter for a short trip around town, but it ended up being a frustrating experience from start to finish. First of all, the app itself is clunky and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to figure out how to sign up and create an account, and even then, the app kept crashing when I tried to search for available scooters in my area. When I finally managed to reserve a scooter, I went to the location indicated on the map, but there was no scooter to be found. I tried calling customer support, but the line was busy for a long time and then it disconnected. After waiting for a while, I decided to cancel my reservation and try again another day. But when I went to do so in the app, I found out that the cancellation policy is extremely strict and I would still be charged for the rental even though I never got to ride the scooter! Overall, this app was a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly scooter renting service.
