Like most people,the world changed and I stopped using it and cancelled the expensive subscription. The bike (£1800) has rust (something that they state wouldn’t happen) and you cannot give them away now. Having been bombarded with emails offering discounts and even another bike and membership for £100 per month I returned to look at the app. They offered a full access pass for £24 to include cycling running and rowing etc. so I thought I’d give it a go. Only when I subscribed and paid £24 did they then inform me that the full access to cycling/running etc does not included actually cycling on a peloton bike? WTAF! It means going out on your own bike. If you want to use the peloton bike you have to pay double the amount! Unbelievable! So the £24 per month allows you to ride your own bike on a road, and run in your own trainers down a public footpath!
