You can’t do anything on this app unless you go to the main website and do everything first. This app needs to be more convenient. One should not have to use the main website first and then go back to use this app.

This app is a mostly a miss whenever I open it. There’s too many times when it just doesn’t open or it takes forever to load. It’s also very basic not as detailed or user friendly like the BOA or Chase apps.

This app has really made my banking go faster. I’ve never had any issues, and I can do most transactions safely from my phone. It’s really nice to be able to use Zelle to pay people safely, also.

There is really no reason to have this app because it hardly ever works. One of the reasons I’m switching banks soon.

This app rarely works, it’s crashes or says there is an error. I really wish this bank had not bought our First Personal. I am extremely disappointed with this bank as a whole. The app is a joke.
