### ***** "Great App Overall – Interest Tracking Would Make It Perfect ⭐"
This is honestly one of the best banking apps I have used. The interface is smooth, simple, and the overall experience is very convenient.

However, there is one important feature that I really wish the app had.

A dedicated way to track the interest amounts credited to the account. At the moment, there is no easy way to view all the interest entries in one place. Because of this, if I want to check the total interest credited over time, I often have to visit the bank, which can be quite a headache with the waiting time. It would be extremely helpful if the app had a section that clearly shows all interest credits, with filters such as monthly or yearly views, so users can track them easily.

Another feature that would be very useful is financial tracking. A dashboard that shows monthly cash inflow and outflow, with filters for different time periods, would help users understand their spending better. It would also be great if the app could show a breakdown of service charges, government related charges, and other deductions, so users can clearly see where their money is going.

Overall, the app is already excellent, and adding these features would make it even more powerful and user friendly.

I strongly advise against downloading this app. It poses a serious security risk as money is released for online transactions without proper user authorization, and the app takes absolutely no responsibility for these funds. 

The customer service is appalling. The emergency hotline is always busy, and it takes over 10 minutes to get a response—if you get one at all. To make matters worse, they provide false contact information to prevent customers from lodging complaints. The support team is highly unprofessional.

Even the setup process is frustrating; you are forced to visit a bank branch where the staff discourage online transactions and unnecessarily waste your time. This app and service are a complete failure.
