Zumindest auf die Berechnungen der Katecholamine ist kein Verlass. Den Rest habe ich nicht mehr angeschaut. Es erschließt sich nicht, warum das Körpergewicht angegeben werden soll, wenn die Eingabe nicht berücksichtigt wird. Eine Umstellung der Einheiten von mg/h auf ug/kg/min ist nicht möglich. Ich würde mir noch die Funktion wünschen, dass man die aktuelle Laufrate ml/h in die jeweilige Dosierung pro kgKG umrechnen kann und umgekehrt. Man kann die Dosierung ändern und dann Speichern nach jedem Krankenhaustandard. Katecholamine in ug/Kg/min und wird berechnet auf ml/hr, empfohlene Dosierung von selten eingesetzten Medikamente zB argatra, milrinon, dexdor uvm.
