Moins de fuites, moins besoin de protection. Ayant eu un parcours difficile à l’accouchement (épisiotomie + déchirure), plusieurs rééducations. Parfois des rééducations sans bio feed back. Malheureusement c’est ce qu’il faut et les reeducateurs du périnée ne le font pas systématiquement! J’étais un peu déçue et ne voulait pas me relancer dans une rééducation. La avec périfit c le top en plus on ne doit pas bloquer un créneau horaire et se déplacer pour ça. On le fait chez soi à son rythme. Et enfin une rééducation qui tape dans le mille. Parce que payer une séance pour vous apprendre à respirer à tirer vos organes vers le haut perte de temps en cabinet à plusieurs reprises. Ik had relatief zware bevallingen omdat mijn kinderen vrij groot waren. De dikste woog zelfs 4,5 kg. Na elke bevalling had ik iets meer urineverlie, ondanks bekkenbodemcursus na de bevalling. Ik kon die oefeningen nooit regelmatig blijven doen omdat ik ze saai vond en ik ook geen feedback kreeg of ik iets goed deed. En zo moest ik de laatste 3 jaar alsmaar vaker naar toilet, kon het eigenlijk bijna niet meer ophouden. Zeer ambetant. En ik ben vrij sportief en ik beweeg en drink veel. Daarom was het dubbel ambetant. Nu ben ik begonnen met perifit sinds 2 weken - en ik heb er echt plezier in. Ik kijk uit naar mijn spellekes en ik vind het zo fijn om met mijn bekkenbodem iets te besturen. Gedaan met het gevoel van machteloosheid dat ik daarvoor had! Dit houdt elke vrouw vol! Het bepaalde mijn leven na de zeer zware bevalling van mijn eerste kindje… Beperkt drinken om urineverlies te voorkomen… Preventief gaan plassen… wat nog een probleem bij creëerde… Schaamte… Telkens de reclame voorbij kwam van een mooie oudere vrouw die met een glimlach een incontinentieonderbroek aan trok en dan lachend zei: « zo, nu kan ik met mijn kleinkind naar de dierentuin », dan werd ik woest… ik zag het al gebeuren… ik mooi niet, dacht ik dan… Zo erg was het nog niet gesteld, ik kwam nog toe met enkele inlegkruisen per dag… maar dat toekomstbeeld leek me de horror! Dus operatie: zo’ n netje laten plaatsen in de bekkenbodem. En ja hoor: het werkte prima… enkele jaren… Naar een kinesist: stroomprikkels laten zetten op de bekkenbodemspieren en trainen… helpt ook, tijdelijk… Nu dan toch de techniek van vandaag eens uit geprobeerd: een perifit gekocht. En ja… dat lukt… met spelletjes zoals kindjes spelen op een soort gameboy… Dus tot nu toe: leuk, niet moeilijk om te doen, discreet, en het helpt! Ben heel hoopvol om in mijn oude dag steeds zekerder van mijn bekkenbodem te worden… En de reclames voor incontinentieondergoed: niet aan mij besteed! Ze praten het mensen aan alsof het de normaalste zaak is dat je dit als enige oplossing neemt… Benieuwd wanneer jullie meer reclame gaan maken!
