Excellent service resolve many work and general information issues

I used chatGPT and its bing counterpart Copilot. ChatGPT seemed more conversational. Copilot seemed summarising the web with sources to verify. But I wasn’t satisfied enough with the answers I wanted. Perplexity seemed more useful. I got my answers straight and with more confidence than ChatGPT. I am very satisfied. I started a one-year free subscription with Perplexity, expecting to explore their services. Unfortunately, my subscription was abruptly cancelled just a day later without a clear reason. Even more frustrating is their customer service; despite reaching out for an explanation, I have received no response whatsoever. An email simply stating “sorry to see you go” was all that was sent to me, leaving me confused and disappointed. This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their reliability and customer care. Potential customers should be aware of these serious service issues.
