Work on your app improvements,improve your app at like 3am cause I can’t do anything sometimes at night

The app was working great but as of late I have to disconnect and reconnect daily for my activity to sync. I’ve tried closing everything and even turning off my iPhone but it still isn’t automatically syncing.

Update 8/9/2024. The app is not accurately syncing my steps or activity with it used to sync immediately, now it syncs at 5 at night-if at all. Both apps are up to date and it syncs properly with VP Transform-so that tells me that there is an issue with VP. Please fix it. Others have complained too Once again, for no apparent reason, the app did not redirect to my employer’s site based on my email address. It feels like because VP has cornered the market in the employer/employee fitness space, they make no effort to ensure that the app is reliable and works consistently. Very frustrating.

Update: opens now but syncs my steps from Fitbit but not my sleep. In order to track sleep I have to disconnect and reconnect EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not working since update. Won’t even open.

It robs me of my points often , doesn’t accurately pull steps data from health app.crashes often
