3. Low interest (maximum APR): 20% per year

For loans of PHP20,000 with a term During 91 days, the fees charged are as follows:
Monthly interest rate： 20% / 12 = 1.67%
Monthly interest: PHP20,000 * 1.67% = PHP334
Total monthly payment：PHP20,000 / 3 + PHP334 = PHP7,000.67

Total interest: PHP20,000 * (20% / 360) * 91days = PHP1,011.11
Total cost of refund: PHP20,000 + PHP1,011.11 = PHP21,011.11
