Petbarn: Pet Store & Advice

Unable to create an account/sign up. Tried multiple times with no luck. You can’t even book grooming appointments which I would assume you’d be able to do on this app.

Just downloaded it and was quite buggy but it’s since been fixed :) it’s a great app!

Nine times out of ten, the app won’t load products. The webpage loads properly, so I have just been using that instead. I can’t really recommend the app.

The app is easy to use, has fast loading times and the member discounts are great.

Petbarn? More like purr-fect barn! I love this app so much, it has changed me and my kittens life for the best, makes it so easy to order everything and find new products for my cat🐱🐱

Expected easier ways to book grooming. Instead the interface is just a copy of the painful browser interface. It’s even worse because the resolution is bad. Keeps throwing random errors. Question to the developers- when I have already logged into the app, who do you ask me to log in again to book grooming? Lazy effort, why bother with coming up with an app? And for those who quote agile, no this is not a mvp.

Can’t put my email in to sign in, won’t let me access the numbers on the keypad. I’m using an iPad so seems like an app vs device issue.

Pretty good app overall but when I try to add my pet lizard it doesn’t have the species or even the category lizard so I have to put them down for unknown. Would be amazing if there was more categories for pets and even if there was favourites for treats, food and toys/beds. But great start for this app! Every helpful! ☺️ I can’t wait what will be added next in the future!

I cannot activate my $10 voucher through the app. Why does it even need activation?! After I’ve activated it from the website, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually apply it at checkout through the app or your website so that’s useless. And I hate how you have literally 4 different prices for every item and how in store prices differ from online prices and how you have some bogus ‘member prices’ and some fantasy ‘savings’ on every product. You’ve gone out of your way to make shopping with you confusing and frustrating and I hate it so much. Also what even is the point of your damned AI? Useless. And you find every opportunity to slap me in the face with it when I have zero need for it. How about just making your website easy to use? Why do I need to use an app that’s just as frustrating as your website and takes just as long to checkout. You’ve entirely missed the point of having an app.

like i said, it’s quite easy to use. i appreciate i can add multiple pets to my profile, and customise their profiles. the reminders are a nice touch too! would be great if i could click on the picture of a product and zoom in tho
