The app is not playing the videos. The iPad has the latest version and I have uninstalled and reinstalled

Excellent science exploration app
Works fine on my iPad mini 2. Fun for kids to explore. Used this app while teaching all the time.
App for iPad does not work!!!!
I bought the app for my iPad, but it does not launch the program...only opens the logo on the first landing page. Please advise urgently!
Normal mode sim
If you arrived here from M.I.T. open courseware looking for the normal mode simulator don’t waste your time, it isn’t included.
Amazing
Hello, I am a student and was first introduced to PhET lab on a web browser for science and just got the app and it is better then on the web browser, on the app it is very easy to find simulations you liked because you can favorite them and then just have only favorites show, the app is definitely worth the 99 cents.

Highly recommend for parents and teachers as tool to help kids explore math and science concepts. Great app!
Invaluable App for Student Learning
I normally use PhET simulations within my Nearpod presentations but downloaded the app specifically for my son in third grade. I love that we can access the math sims offline so he can practice on his device anytime. And I found out the app will translate (at least to Spanish) if you change the device language setting! 😱♥️🌎
