I am trying to sign up via app since no option to create an account via website, I got an error when creating password “Please enter a valid password” they don’t even provide a guide on how we should create a password. - There is no guide on the password format. Error message lang pinapakita. 
- There are duplicate values in the City field. Check "Mandaluyong"
- What is the difference for country code and area code if PH number? 
- Why is the forgot password on a separate flow? Why can't I create an account using the desktop website?

Please work on your app. I can't even proceed with creating my account. So frustrating.

Worst experience with this airline. It is my first time to fly on this plane on January 13, 11:05 PM scheduled flight. The check in agent in Bacolod Silay Airport why I did checked in online, I said to her that their website won't let me check in and bring me an error, your counter personnel insisted that I should have checked 4 hours earlier, what the hell I checked in 7 hours before the flight when the error showed. The agent didn't even say sorry for the error I encountered, they don't understand why I am getting an error nor sympathize with what happened. WORST AIRLINE ever! I will surely not going to book on this plane again much better experience with Airasia.
