Poor accuracy
Yep, usually reflects what I’m doing, but about 20% of the time it doesn’t. So that’s a problem if I’m using it to monitor how I am brushing.

My Philips Sonicare app isn’t working right with my Sonicare toothbrush. It won’t let me log in to my Philips Sonicare account in the app. I have a iPhone 11.
The sensors for the right upper inside don’t appear to be accurate. Needs some updating.
👍🏻 Excellent product!
UPDATE: I found that if I open the app and let it load BEFORE I even touch the handle, it connects perfectly every time. My dentist marvels how nice my teeth are since I got this fabulous toothbrush. *ORIGINAL REVIEW * This app really showed me the correct way to brush. Unfortunately, it rarely works when I need it to. I removed and reinstalled the app. I turned off other Bluetooth devices that I thought might be preventing it from connecting. I tried installing it as a new handle. It still is the most frustrating app that I have on my iPhone X. It actually worked 3 times in a row the other day! Right now it’s just searching and searching. This is a $300 tooth brush with a 10 cent app. Let us know when you get good programmers and good quality control.
Works well good cleaning, efficient and quick. Exceeds expectations.
This app NEVER stays connected to my toothbrush. Especially when traveling, the app seems to not know how to connect with the brush heads. Overall the app feels like an old medical type app. Would be 100% better if the app just knew when you took your brush off the charger and started brushing (to set the timer), but just staying connected would be a start
I've been using one of these toothbrushes for the last few years and have been very happy with it. Unfortunately the last app update changed the order of zones when the app guides you through brushing and it doesn't appear that there's any way to change it back. The news order is far less comfortable fort me.
Fairly easy to use. But if you go too long without using the app with the brush, the brush goes crazy and has to be reset to start working properly again.
Recently, the app became slow, mainly when I use the tongue care setting on my toothbrush
