When they upgraded the app , my points transferred , but I had money in my loyalty account that was never transferred over . Also in order to earn points , you have to scan your loyalty bar code so that your transactions can be recorded . I’ve been to THREE different Philly Pretzel places , and NONE of them had a scanner for rewards - one place had no idea what I was referring to . They had no idea that there was a rewards program . How frustrating

App was easy to use and loved all the selections of dips!

I have mad six purchases since downloading the new app and none of my points have accumulated. I had points prior to the new app, those never appeared. Honestly, this is a waste of time.

Last few times I tried to use the app it didn’t recognize my email- even when I tried to do a password reset. Signed in as a guest which is a pain.

The last three times I tried to make my orders from the app the app doesn’t even know who I am. It’s just frustrating to have to sign up every time I want to get pretzels.

The prior app before the upgrade was much easier to use. Curbside feature was removed on the upgraded app…why?? I use an apple se. I can’t tell if it’s a compatibility problem. The newer app is slow and provokes me to abandoned if we’re not the fact I still like these pretzels.

I haven’t used the app in a while . The store has me on record by my phone number. I had to relog into my account . But the app didn’t recognize my email . I had to create a new account . Both accounts are not sinking .

Hey Philly Pretzel - big fancy upgrade on your app; however, it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Said it didn’t exist!?! Forced me to create a new account. I had almost 300 points already on there and now they’re just gone? This really stinks. How can I get my points back? Needless to say, I HATE this update!

Love Philly Pretzel Factory, but this app is garbage. Never works. Can’t upload a credit card, can’t place an order… it just looks outdated too.

This app never works. It constantly cannot reach the server when trying to use it. What is the point of having the app if no one can order?
