Local pick-up, took 40 minutes after being told it was 15 minutes. Plan’s scuppered, overcharged by at least £5 and threatened a £16.40 cancellation fee due to their own incompetence. Would not use again.

Pre booked a taxi a few hours earlier, called 30 mins before to ask if the taxi was on its way (because the app showed 0 taxis in my city and i’d read a lot of reviews about the taxis being late), operator said they hadn’t left yet. I called 5 minutes after my taxi was supposed to arrive as the app still hadn’t said i had been assigned a driver etc, operator took 5 minutes to answer, and said “they’ll be with you soon”. I didn’t want to risk missing my train, so I just cancelled and booked an Uber which was with me within 5 minutes. Only giving it 2 stars because the actual app is well designed.

Used a few times but the price quoted rarely matches the actual cost, and you cannot book a pickup from anywhere other than where you are physically. If you manage to make a mistake of booking from another location it decides to put that location as a new destination and for me, your new home location. Book a taxi home later and thought I was going to a different physical location.

Easy to download, get registered. I ordered an 8 person taxi, was simply done on the app, quote in seconds and then a simple history view of bookings!
