I'm making recordings right now on my actIve subscription, and they're definitely being recorded, but they aren't downloading to my phone because my phone number changed. I just need to change the phone number on my account so I can download my recordings. The FAQ's say my recordings are in the cloud – great! May I have them, please? I will be happy to upgrade my review if and when I ever hear from the developer. Otherwise, I don't see any other choice except to buy another app and start over.
