I bought this app for $149 and it is not working. I need it to track a family member who has a heart condition. He is a solo biker and wants me to know where he is when he bikes alone, for safety reasons. He has a Samsung A23. Does this only work on iphones? Not clear in the app information. If so, I need a refund please. Being able to locate him is a matter of urgency!!

This app is a scam app. If you download it, it will automatically take money out of your Apple Pay without your permission. It took money out of my account without my permission. I opened a case with Apple to investigate it. I also contacted my bank to retrieve my money. Do not download the app. I have an open case with my bank and thy are investigating who is running the app to report them to the police.

Who do I contact to cancel?!
