Says it can see a lost phone by phone number to get you to sign up. When you pay you then find out that it can’t unless the phone has already accepted a message.

Downloaded and paid in order to search for my sons phone. Expensive and then so difficult to work out how to track :(

Wife lost her phone and the advertising for this app made it seem like we could track the location of the phone easily. I paid for the overpriced subscription only to find out we need to send a request that needs to be accepted before it can be tracked. Been robbed of £7.99. Want a refund!!

It is not clear that the person needs to have their phone to approve the request. I was trying to help my daughter find her phone by locating it I entered her number and was informed it could be located , paid then found it wouldn’t work as she has no other device to make the approval. Very misleading

I put the number of my daughters lost iPhone in and it said location found and to sign up which I did and paid the money as her phone has been missing a week now. However once in, it registered my phone and I had to add hers to a circle so it could be found but to do this it needs to send her a text for her to respond to which she cannot do as it is lost! Feel miss sold and totally wasted my money. Please could I be refunded as I cancelled this immediately.

Does not work gives wrong locations and for £59 no help or instructions waste of money and as far as I can see no way of cancelling and getting your money back
