Everything was going great until the camera on the app started taking bad pics and sometimes when you take a pic on the app and the pictures are bad quality this app will not give you an answer. It’s crazy how you spend monthly or weekly paying the app fee and can’t get a lot of answers

Doesn’t work properly

I downloaded and subscribed for this app but every time I try taking a picture of the problem or rather scan it won’t solve it it keeps telling me to subscribe and I have already paid for the subscription.
