There’s an obvious error in the front page of my hardcover book but they still sent it to me. Seriously? You should improve your quality control. They are even late with their delivery schedule. It took them 16 days to deliver my order when it should only be a maximum of 10 days. Really disappointing and frustrating.

I am trying to use this app and I was able to log-in and create an account but when I’m trying to printout a project the website is loging me out and unable to open the app again. I’ve redownloaded it multiple times but it’s repeating what happened.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app three times and still crashes

I ordered an item here and paid extra so it will be delivered fast. I did not receive the item and did not receive a refund. Already talked to the customer service every single day but they are just apologizing without stating what happened to the item.

I’ve been using the Photobook app for a while now, and I must say, it’s become an essential tool for preserving and sharing my cherished memories. One of the standout features is the extensive collection of customizable layouts and templates. I love how I can effortlessly arrange my photos, add captions, and experiment with different designs to create a unique photobook every time. From the moment I received my first photobook order, I was so happy to see the attention to detail and clarity of the prints.

I have my first Photobook purchase way back 2013 yata yun and I am very happy to edit and layout our wedding photos according to what i like. It’s hardbound and very practical lang din yung presyo. I highly recommend having your photos printed by them. Meron na din sila pang wall decor or home decor ideas, nakakatuwa naman that’s why i only print photos with them. 💙👩‍👦👨‍👧‍👧

My order was not yet delivered :( it was year 2021 and still no parcel arrived. i was so excited back to have my photobook because it my dog’s picture :(

I had difficulty uploading photos and had difficulty editing my photos online. I gave up. Paid for a voucher i was unable to use. Did not ask for a refund.

I updated the app because I wanted to use it. Instead of it becoming better, it made it worse. Now I can’t even open the app! I can’t even click it to delete it so I can reinstall it. 🤨
