Photobook: Shop Gifts & Prints

I had used this service for years, and the quality of the books was great. Recently I had an incomplete project that I paid $20 expedited shipping for. After a week or two I had not received it. They had not made the book yet refused to refund the expedited shipping. I was asking for them to complete the project but just send regular mail and refund the $20 expedited shipping, since the event had already passed, but they refused to refund the overnight shipping even though they hadn’t even made the book yet! I found their support uncompromising to the point of being rude. Never using them again.

Please note that this company took my order of $30 for 15 prints, has not produced the prints, has not shipped the prints and has not sent any confirmation of order. This is after 3 weeks from date of order placement, and several follow up with their customer service chat, who continue to say ‘we’re following up’. They have of course sent me 1 marketing email a day though, but nothing with regards to my order. This company should be removed from the App Store.

Don’t bother! If you have problems with your photobook they won’t help you.

Still not receive my order, so I don’t know about the quality. However, the DHL is so horrible, I have to pay the custom fee for the album which is ridiculous. I’ll delete the app once I received the album.

Just no understand why Photobook make app and web base to the separate. I even can’t see my voucher which bought from photobook web in the app. Than chat with what so call “Ai assistances” totally no reply...😅

I bought a groupon to try this company and started my book online inside Groupon browser. Very limited ability to do any editing. I thought the app probably has more flexibility since it’s made for mobile. Wrong! The FAQ section literally says there is no way to transfer between the app and the website. What is this, 2007 tech? What app doesn’t transition seamlessly to the main website. Really wish I hadn’t purchased. Auto fill feature is horrendous cutting off photos and heads.

My photo book was horrible quality, black bars down sides of photos, nothing cropped and centered correctly. Instead of issuing a refund they wanted me to send in a screen shot of every page of error with the original photo. This is not easy or convenient. Big fat WASTE of money
