What’s Going On
I have a running yearly subscription that expires in January 2025. Now whenever I use a colour filter, I am unable to save the change because of constant annoying offers to subscribe. It makes no sense I’m already subscribed which automatically rolls over. The developers need to fix this glitch quickly Update: a quick response from the developer and the glitch has been fixed. Appreciate the action and communication

Great app also have had 365 on the pc. If only there was a iPad version to have a full screen rather than that of a phone.

Horrible result
This app is horrendous. Couldn’t determine hair tied back smooth and gave me some weird halo of hair colour from my forehead to half way back off my head. There’s no so over once you pay. You just get what you are given and they don’t consider refunds even though all images are unusable.
Sky background replacement tab disappeared
I used to see and use sky backgrounds for first few weeks Now that tab disappeared and can’t find it anymore I purchased for 1 year plan Please advise me.
Beware when trialling this app
This app stole my money for a 12 month subscription from the Apple Store when I had only applied for a trial.
7 day free trial but stole my money instantly???
Can customer service please contact me? I would like my stolen money to be refunded. This app clearly states ‘7 day free trial’ and that ‘payment wouldn’t be taken until after the trial’. And yet as soon as I downloaded the app by agreeing to the ‘free trial’ I was instantly charged ‘$9.99’ ???? Can someone explain that? Thankfully I took screenshots of the app clearly saying it’s a free trial with no mention of $9.99 payment prior to downloading it. So I would hope that customer service doesn’t deny any of this. Oh and it’s not possible to request a refund through Apple because this app has deceitfully advertised themselves as a free trial. Lying to customers. Stealing their money. I would like for customer service to contact me regarding a refund.
