I can’t able to recover my pi password , I have tried many times. Is there any other way to recover the password or suggest me the correct way to do.

Sir 9th step no complete

i have been trying to log in to Pi but i couldn’t ! only showing “please put valid number”! but why i have done my kyc even my number and email is also verified. few of my are also facing the same.

When I try to login back it says invalid number. Please look into this.

I’m using pi from 4 years now it’s saying invalid phone number not able to open at all @pramodssh my user id and not able to complete 9th step also

The application works great but there is an issue that have been facing about 8 months I have completed the 8 steps in the mainnet checklist but the 9th step is not yet completed, i have raised a query to the support team through the support portal but not received any response, how can I complete the 9th stage This issue is facing not just for me, when i research deeply i noticed that majority of users are facing this issue Please give us a response for this issue

There are a lot of bugs in terms of adding people to the network. Saying that while looking for the contacts, it is saying the person is not an existing pi user. Please look into this. I’m looking forward to add security group.
