In the case when you lost your number or don’t have access there is no other way to verify if it’s you or not and it doesn’t give me the option change phone number. It was difficult trying to go through the precession.

I’ve had this app for over 3 years and in that time have mined over 2400 Pi coins, which seems to be a complete waste of time as there is no way (and looks like there never will be) a way of capitalising on them. The app itself is clunky, plagued with ads and annoying pop ups, that despite being closed will reappear within a minute. Really awfully designed. I have yet to see or hear back from any form of customer support regarding my KYC application, as I was unable to complete it due to again, the app not working properly. Do not download this app thinking that you’re jumping on the crypto bandwagon- it’s not that simple and will eventually you will realise you have wasted your time.

I’ve been using the app for a little while and have a friends who’ve used it longer. But now the app is riddle with promotions for other apps, there are ads as well. Which means the way they’re generating money is through forced ad revenue. And they constantly postponed launch dates with not really reason, other than they’re working on the app then proceed to advertise you some other app.

Don’t bother to install it and waste your effort. It’s a simple marketing scam aimed at naive people without any crypto and blockchain knowledge. Just go in Reddit and read the opinions, and ask yourself why did you received invitation from person who have zero knowledge about blockchain and not even a 1 BTC in their portfolio.

I had to reset my network settings and after that I couldn’t log in to my account. Nearly two years of mining has gone down the drain. Customer service is nonexistent. I raised the ticket and got an automatic reply with useless steps. They closed the ticket soon after and reopening gets you nothing. No real response, just lies that they have a high volume of requests bla bla bla. So basically I have mined the coins and they are confiscating them laughing at your naivety

Have been mining since 2019. Why are you allowing scammy fake ads on the app? You know the ones, “play this silly game and you will receive thousands in your bank….” They must be paying you a fair price if you’re going to let them entice your miners into being ripped off. Oh, and your developers support link just goes to the app.

Hi i am a Korean and i changed my name officially several years ago. So i try to change my name in Pi app. But when i click “Change Name”, the page never changes. How can i fix this problem. Plz help. 한국인이고 파이는 몇년전 가입했고, 가입 이후에 개명을 하였습니다. 인증을 위해 개명 후 이름으로 변경을 하려고하는데 프로필>이름변경 신청 버튼을 누르면 로딩페이지만 뜨고 뒤로 진행이 안됩니다. 문제 어떻게 해결할 수 있을까요?

This is a scam You will never be able to withdraw any money from this app. They will ask for your details once you have submitted all your sensitive information, they will then tell you that your in a queue. You will stay in that queue without any response from anyone. It’s been 3 months in the queue and after asking why I have had no reply. I WOULD AVOID SENDING ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION TO THIS APP THEY ARE NOW MAKING MONEY WITH ADVERTISMENTS

I have been mining regularly since this first came out. However, I now have to watch ads after tapping mine which has totally blown it for me. I will keep it installed just in case the pi crypto actually starts to do something in the next 1,000 years, but absolutely no more mining from me. The ads have ruined it.
