Could be better

This app was designed by my 8 year old nephew. He did the best he could considering he knows nothing about computers or client focus or providing a service. Pickles gave him two dollars for the seven minutes of work he took to design and implement this app. I think Pickles got ripped off. What do you think?

Bought a van there was no issue with it as they listed on sell, called them and they confirmed that the car is in a very good condition and no issue at all paid now the engine must be replaced due to gaskets problem and these pigs keep lying that they’ll call since 29/02/2024 still waiting but remember I’ll take the car right in front of pickles office and close the your F scam gate

This app is hot garbage. Avoid. Just use the website.

I registered for a live auction and all I’m getting is a blank screen with the message ‘no upcoming auctions’.

App keeps leaving search results and going to a blank screen with only a settings button. Only way to fix this is force quit the app and go through the log in process all over ahi. And saved items do not show as saved in list.

Could not log on called customer support who said I had to wait for support missed the auction.

PicklesLIVE app is the most poorly designed app I have ever used in my life. When first opening the app you are forced to Log in TWICE!! for no particular reason. You can’t even save your log in details to save the convenience. Even if you used saved passwords it doesn’t accept them you must delete a letter and re-type it in order to be allowed past opening screen only to be told to log in AGAIN!! Then you have the difficulty of finding what you are searching for. Incredible difficulty to navigate around the app. Next issue is searching for your item. If you accidentally press done or close out of your search by accident you are forced to go through the process of searching for your item all over again. Then there is the difficulty bidding on items during LIVE. The auctioneer is so incredibly fast you are not given an opportunity to bid, he is also incredibly difficult to understand. All in all PIcklesLIVE is a horrible app. What is most frustrating is the fact that Pickles is the largest app therefore other apps have less items for sale forcing consumers to use this horrendous app. Do yourself a favour and use Grays app. This is the easiest and best app available

It just doesn’t let me log in or view anything. ANYTHING. It’s completely useless. Even an ad-ware apps works better than this. Waste of time and effort.

Absolutely rubbish, the login button doesn’t even work. Its 2022, surely you can do better than that Pickles… but I’m not suprised because the real life staff is just as bad as the app. You all are a joke and so is QIS. Yall just a bunch of unqualified losers that have no idea about a vehicle- let alone inspect it lol. Money hungry scums. Lol
