I registered my details through the PickMe Driver app on 14.11.2025. After a few weeks, I received a call from Customer Care informing me that my uploaded documents were rejected because the images were not clear. They asked me to re-upload the documents.

However, I have tried many times to upload my documents through the PickMe Driver app, but it doesn’t work. I am very frustrated with the app. I complained to Customer Care, but nothing has been resolved.

This is what happens with the PickMe Driver app: when I try to upload my images, there is no option to upload anything. The screen is completely blank, and it only shows the message: “Registration submitted for agent approval successfully! We will notify you once your profile is ready.” The only option available is “Exit.” No option to re upload.

The charges for Hill area and for the regular city is cannot be the same. Pickme fares are based on KM/Rs. This is fine for the city riders. Nothing for the hill country. Fares should be changed according to the territory, fuel consumption, and actual duration. That’s why most of the drivers are denying to use pickme in hill country.

1.	Unfair Blocking of Accounts – Whenever a rider complains, drivers are often blocked immediately without a proper investigation to check who is actually at fault. This one-sided approach puts drivers in a very vulnerable position.
	2.	High Commission Rates – The commission percentage charged by PickMe is extremely high, leaving drivers with very little income after expenses such as fuel and vehicle maintenance.
	3.	Cheap Treatment of Drivers – Even at the PickMe head office in Sri Lanka, drivers are treated in a very cheap and disrespectful manner. This lack of dignity and support is unacceptable for people who work hard every day to keep the platform running.

PickMe driver app is not good at all for drivers in Sri Lanka. They charge 20% from each completed ride, which is way too high. This big deduction is unfair for drivers who are already struggling with high fuel costs and other expenses.

Because of this, many people have stopped using PickMe, including customers who once used it regularly. The system is not driver-friendly and needs serious changes if PickMe wants to keep both drivers and passengers satisfied
