Finally a good app that can do it all in screen shot managing. Taking screenshots manually or screenshot, it automatically produce a continuously perfectly stitched scrolled screen, can save it as a very long screenshot or as splitted slices. There is also possible to manually tweak the points of stitches, incase the app get it wrong (hasn’t happen to me yet) or if one want to spit showing more of one overlapping screenshot then the other. Bought pro and it feels like a great investment, I’m just glad I found this app that did all I was hoping for!

The App Store is not what it used to be, I feel. I haven’t purchased an app in many years with the one exception of Picsew. It does what it says it does, and it does it hassle free. The automatic ‘find overlap area’ doesn’t always work; but when it doesn’t it is my own fault 99% of the time for not screen-shot’ing things quite as well as I could have done. The “delete originals” button is a godsend by the way, absolutely ingenious! The only thing I haven’t had any success with is the “web snapshot” function; it keeps getting stuck on loading the image in more often than not, but maybe I’m doing something wrong, I don’t use it very often (and you can always use the work-around of screen-shot’ing it all anyway, which always works). 9/10 – I definitely recommend it for anyone who likes proper cropping at full resolution!

Picsew is so good, that it’s just hard for me to describe how and why. You know what it does, right? It stitches screenshots vertically (also horizontally, but that’s a rare use case). In real life, that means your camera roll won’t be cluttered by hundreds of screenshots taken to capture a gorgeous website from top to bottom—or in order to document something important, like an order confirmation or receipt. I use the Screen Recording daily. I capture websites, app purchases, in app tutorials, how tos, and “what’s new” sections for later reference. Indispensable and to my knowledge best in its class. (Other apps, especially Tailored, served as good tools for a long time. But Pocsew’s option to just record the screen, scroll, and save a perfect image is just incredibly useful.)

I've gone through tons and tons of screenshotting apps for stitching up messenger conversations and this is definitely the best made one as of writing (November 2019)
