I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I have to say that it’s excellent. The layout is perfect, user-friendly and not harsh on the eyes at all. I love the way that the entire day cycle is shown to get a better picture of where you are in the day. The only slight issues I have (which aren’t major though) is that of the Qibla finder and the Azan. I know that the app gives some recommendations on how to fix the Qibla finder but I have done all of them multiple times over and it just hasn’t worked at all for the past several months. I have, therefore, relied more on other apps and websites to assist me in finding it. The other thing is that of the Azan. I have all of my prayer times set to just make a sound except for Fajr which I have set to Azan. The Azan is beautiful but I feel that it could be longer. My issue is that it only says “Allahu Akbar” x2 I have had a few instances in which it did not wake me up after these two calls so I also have to rely on the standard iPhone alarm (which I hate for obvious reasons). These are, of course, little things but overall the app is excellent and I would recommend it to everyone whether they are old Muslims or new reverts such as myself. 9.5/10 App.

Really great and useful

maybe there could be an option to change the background colour. It’s only able to be dark blue. For people using the app as a widget on their screen, it would be cool to change the theme colour to suit their wallpaper. for example- I’d like it to be pink. Other than that, this app is really great!!

Beautiful app, may you be rewarded abundantly. Is there a way to set the full Adhan as a notification? I’m only getting the begging takbirs. For Fajr especially it helps a lot and lovely waking up to Adhan. Thank you.

ideas for improvement

Assalamalaykum, I love this app and I have been using it for almost 2 years now since i reverted. It has both motivated me and reminded me to pray on time, everyday, 5 times a day. Alhamdullilah. I realised on the first page, after sunrise, there is a countdown to dhuhr with notice that during this time one can/should pray Duha prayer. This made me think of a few ideas that could motivate people like me to pray duha as well as tahajjud and witr and other optional but very recommended prayers. Here is the idea: Just like one can tick off the prayers they did during the day or missed. There could be an optional prayers section or added on the 5 daily prayers (maybe faded so one knows they r optional) so one could tick those off too when they do them. And similarly to how a little congratulations emoji pops up when all 5 prayers are ticked off for the day, one could earn digital medals or trophies or streaks for performing tahajjud 100 times or duha for 7 days in a row etc… Of course this app should not become a game and intention for prayer should always be to get closer to Allah rather than earn rewards on the app. However, if done simply and cleverly I believe this idea could motivate muslims and reverts like myself to perform those recommended but not fard prayers more regularly. May Allah bless you all and your families and friends. Salaam 🫶🏻
