Easy to read and pleasing to the eye.
I’ve been using Pillow for a couple of years now, in random with another app that tracks my energy cycles during the day. It’s pretty accurate, using my Apple Watch to monitor my sleep, though does occasionally assume you’re taking a nap when you’re not! Easy enough to edit the sleep recording.
Very good for tracking % of REM, light sleep and deep sleep. Total hours asleep. I set it at auto so that it will automatically record my sleep when I’m in bed.

seems not able to detect sleep outside normal sleeping hours, switch to pillow AI but still not able to see sleep made. Sleep++ can detect them. To pillow devs, what happened? my 2 hrs sleep e.g. 7pm to 9pm cant be seen by pillow AI
Thank you for creating this app, I’ve been using it for yearsss now. Grateful that the free version provides suffice info, not like certain apps whereby you have to get premium to access the most basic stuff. I’ve seen improvements over the years, keep it up!!
I enjoyed pillow data on sleep and the lab recommendations. However the sleep score is on the high side compared to output from other software. Recommend calibration by the “technical” group with others in the community.
Been using the app for a few months now and it’s pretty accurate in tracking the actual amount of sleep I’ve done and what stages of sleep I was in while sleeping.
The app can never get the sleep correct. The duration will always end earlier. When I realise I can adjust it I tried it but made another realisation that it s a subscribers only feature.
