Does what it has to do, very simple and reliable.

Having been a user of this logbook for the last 5+ years have never had any problems. Managed to find a small glitch with the new iPhone 6 screen resolution. Sent Mark an email and it was sorted out in no time at all. Great job and keep up the good work.

As a short haul pilot this is a must, can log a four sector day in less than a minute including getting day/night split automatically, easy sync to update hours. Had one issue with day/night totals, emailed through in app and had a response and fix within 24hours.

I have never had a problem with this app. As previously mentioned in other reviews, support and feedback from the developer is outstanding. Fantastic.

Long overdue update to my previous review, to say that app developers were extremely helpful in resolving the issues we reported, and extremely punctual in their replies to emails! Latest app update was long awaited but is a great improvement in terms of both interface and functionality :)

I've been using the web app for some time and love it. The previous version of this app worked and although it didn't allow online reading of your logbook it was reliable. This version just crashes all the time on my iPhone 4 making it impossible to add a flight. It's a good logbook but this app let's it down. I hope a fix is coming soon.

I'm really pleased that the latest version allows offline access to all of your records. Well worth the subscription for me. I had a problem with Version 3.0.0 on my iPad and I was really impressed with the support from the developer. Version 3.0.1 solved this issue and I'd thoroughly recommend PilotLog.

As per previous review, I haven't been able to launch the app on my iPhone 3G since installed 5.0.1 ... Lots of flights I'd logged but not managed to sync!! Who knows whether I'll be able to retrieve them?! Strangely it's launching on my other half's iPhone 4 but that's not where I saved my data! Extremely disappointed, when will these bugs get fixed, surely the app is well overdue an update now!!

Do not bother if using iOS 5.0.1 as app will not launch! No fix in pipeline yet.

A great application for a great logbook program! Must have! The support from Pilotlog was prompt and efficient. I had no problem migrating from my previous logbook program to Pilotlog.
