PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

Migrated from LogTen Pro. Crewlounge offers to add your remaining subscription from your old provider to your Pilotlog subscription which worked. Crewlounge also offers to convert your backup file to Pilotlog format. It’s been over 1 month and I’m still waiting for a properly converted file. Responses to inquiries are very slow. Disappointed and probably moving back to LogTen Pro.

Great product. I’ve used it since the MCC PilotLog days and have always had a positive experience. And if there were ever any issues the support was excellent. Highly recommend for logging flight as a professional pilot.

Can put back the “approach” column when searching for flights

They have made so many changes that they are not what they used to be. They are completely awful. They were very prompt in resolving your problems. Now, they don’t even respond to emails anymore.

Latest app update has a major bug which prevents scrolling down to enter flight data when adding or editing flights.

Have been using Crew Lounge (started as MCC) for many years now and multiple airlines . Their applications and support have always been excellent

I was looking for a logbook that would not cost a large annual fee like other services that I’ve seen.

The only thing going for this software was the interface with CrewTrac and Flica but this was disabled with no warning. I had converted years ago since LogTen had gotten significantly more expensive and had shafted its lifetime member. But now it's become even more cumbersome to log flights. Awesome
