Perfect app
Best ever
Been using PilotLog for 12 years and its the best out there. Thank you for your continues support and for building an amazing pilot log system.
They are not as good as before
They have made so many changes that they are not what they used to be. They are completely awful. They were very prompt in resolving your problems. Now, they don’t even respond to emails anymore.
Latest update needs to be debugged.
Latest app update has a major bug which prevents scrolling down to enter flight data when adding or editing flights.
Excellent application and support
Have been using Crew Lounge (started as MCC) for many years now and multiple airlines . Their applications and support have always been excellent
Great Logbook!
I was looking for a logbook that would not cost a large annual fee like other services that I’ve seen.
Removed CrewTrac interface with no warning
The only thing going for this software was the interface with CrewTrac and Flica but this was disabled with no warning. I had converted years ago since LogTen had gotten significantly more expensive and had shafted its lifetime member. But now it's become even more cumbersome to log flights. Awesome
Easy to use
Great app
Used to work, will not anymore
Kind of defeats the purpose if my schedule will not load into the app. Have tried to reach out to customer service but they were no help, just a go between and nothing worked. Wanted me to be available for a specialist from 1 in the morning until 4 in the morning. Nope. Can’t do that. They will not set a meeting up anytime between 12 and 22UTC. I guess I just live in the wrong time zone to get any real help. Oh well, I just requested a refund.
