This app is no longer usable. It will eventually become irrelevant. If you search anything, you’ll see the same repeated pins that have nothing to do with your swatch, insane amount of ads and AI photos. What a way to destroy a what used to be a great app.

i’ve been trying to use the app for over a month now but the images do not load, nothing loads; i’m not sure what the problem is but it is disappointing the app has always worked fine beforehand

Each update breaks something. This time it was saving pins straight to my profile page instead of the private boards I was trying to file them to. Even after editing each individual pin to reassign to a (hidden/secret!!!) board, they still appear on my profile no matter what I do. The ads are also RELENTLESS. One wrong swipe of a finger and I am suddenly on Amazon or an affiliate link.

Not exaggerating; 2/3rds of the page is advertisements at all times. I understand this is a free app, but you can bring the quantity of ads WAYYY down.

I love this app, I always have. However, recently I have noticed that I have not been able to change my header image on my boards. It is truly upsetting and making me not want to use the app. Please fix this. Thank you so much!

For years I’ve used Pinterest to create and inspire many beloved projects around my home. It’s been a great app to go back to time and time again… But it’s almost unusable now. There’s still some great content on there from real creators, sure. There’s also an overwhelming amount of unchecked AI generated garbage, video ads that shut off your music even if you’re scrolling with the Pinterest sound off, and an infuriating amount of sneaky ads designed to look like tutorials and pins that will whisk you away to a separate shopping site if you so much as look at them wrong. The UI has been downgraded so many times over the years that it’s no longer an intuitive and simple joy to scroll, save ideas, and visit outside blogs and websites. The only useful part of this app now is accessing my library of old pins from 5-10 years ago and it’s a real shame.

See this this is an account but I wanna make another for many reasons and that makes it hard to switch between accounts so I want you guys to add a button to that let’s yoy switch accouts!! Please and if you make it thank you!!!

I don’t understand what the point is. It doesn’t allow me to change board names

Hey nothing is showing in the search bar and I can’t even reload it is your app broken??

Whenever I search something the results are flooded with AI images, it feels almost impossible to find anything real. I want to see REAL images; real people, real art created by humans, etc. I wish there was a way to filter out AI generated images because constantly seeing AI is ruining my experience.
